Submit a Business Plan

Draper Richards requests a business plan description and complete resumés of management from all entrepreneurs. Please remember that our area of focus is information technology; we do not encourage submissions from medical, industrial or consumer product companies. A business plan should contain the following information:

• Investment size and structure requested
• Description of the product or service
• Brief history of the company
• Business and marketing strategy
• Analysis of the market and the competition
• Full resumes of key management
• Current financial statements and projections

This document should be a working document for the company, used in long-term planning, and not simply a sales tool for fundraising. We do not sign non-disclosure agreements (NDA). We receive so many plans each week, that if we signed every NDA request, we would quickly be swamped with legal documents. Our reputation depends on our professionalism and our ability to maintain the trust of the entrepreneurs with whom we work. We will take care to keep your materials confidential.
